Samsung Will Start Mass Production of 32GB MicroSD on February 2010

In this beginning of 2010, we also surprised by the high sophisticated
technology devices. At this time, the surprised news came from
Samsung. Like in its plan, Samsung has pushed MicroSD to 32GB capacity
and will start for mass production on February 2010.

After success with its 16GB MicroSD, Samsung tries to develop MicroSD
capacity to 32 GB or double from the previous 16GB MicroSD. The new
32GB MicroSD is powered by 30-nm class 32GB NAND flash memory in a casing which is 1 mm thick and 0.77 mm high. Like its name, MicroSD, isn’t it?

This news is announced at Seoul, South Korea, Samsung Electronics Co.,
Ltd., makes acquaintance their brand new two high-density memory
solutions for mobile devices. There are two new storage devices that
announced, a 64 gigabyte moviNAND memory device and a 32 gigabyte
micro secure digital (microSD) memory card. This new memory will
complete the advance compact high-density memory for mobile handset
requirements.

Dong-Soo Jun, Executive Vice President, Memory Marketing, Samsung
Electronics said, “Samsung’s high-density memory solutions bring the
storage capacity levels of computing system to small, mobile devices.”
Of course, the present of 32GB MicroSD makes storage device market
more loaded, and realizes a small device can store big size of files.
