Video review of 3M’s PMP-packing MPro 150 pico projector seems to come. The device was exhibited back at CES. 3M’s PMP-packing MPro 150 pico projector is capable of playing multimedia and presentations, displaying spreadsheets from its internal memory, so you do not have to prepare any PC.
This device, 3M MPro 150 pico projector has been evaluated at PicoProjector-info.com. According to the reviewer, 3M MPro 150 pico projector has an overall value to be good. However, there is a small issue on this device. The 3M MPro 150 pico projector’s VGA resolution doesnt support enough pixels for rendering business content.
Another minus value is that its dissapointed onboard media compability option. But in other side, the 3M MPro 150 pico projector still has good image quality and good build quality. The price tag is $350. So what is your opinion about this device?

IBM scientists have announced and held a demonstration of a new 100GHz Graphene transistor recently. Originally, graphene is one-atom-thick layer of carbon atoms bonded in a hexagonal arrangement that is similar to chickenwire, it also has unique physical properties. IBM’s graphene transistor works at room temperature. This transistor was developed using compatible processing technology which is currently used in advanced silicon device fabrication. It helps accelerate its eventual commercialization.
IBM researches stated that graphene transistor can be employed to produce high performance devices and integrated circuits. Its frequency performance is proved to beat current state-of-the-art- silicon transistors of the same gate length, which top out at a mere 40 GHz. Lately, scientist has conducted the demonstration of radio-frequency graphene transistor to run at 100GHz. This is the stage of highest frequency achieved for graphene device ever.
